Childrens apparel/ product designer- Sleep sack development and Tech pack

Textile/Product Designer Needed – Children's Sleeping Bag for Clubfoot Bracing I’m looking for an experienced textile, apparel or children's product designer from PERTH AUSTRALIA to help develop a specialized sleeping bag for babies and young children who wear clubfoot boots and bars. The Product The aim is to create a high-quality children's sleeping bag that looks and feels like a standard premium sleep product but has been thoughtfully designed to provide additional room for children wearing clubfoot boots connected by a bar. The sleeping bag will initially be designed for infants through to approximately 5 years old, with multiple sizes likely required. The initial range will include: 0.5 TOG – lightweight/summer sleeping bag 3.5 TOG – warmer/winter sleeping bag Key Design Requirements The sleeping bag will need: A wide-leg/lower section to comfortably accommodate clubfoot boots and a connecting bar. Sufficient room for the child to move their legs and brace naturally without excessive fabric bunching. A more traditionally fitted upper section for comfort and safety. Easy access for getting the child in and out while wearing their boots and bar. Consideration for easy nappy changes in infant sizes. Soft, breathable and durable fabrics suitable for babies and young children. Appropriate construction and materials for children's sleepwear. A design that is practical for parents and easy to wash and care for. A modern, attractive appearance that doesn't look like a medical product. What I Need From the Designer I’m looking for someone who can help take the idea from concept through to a manufacturer-ready product, including assistance with: Product design and development Recommended sizing and measurements Fabric and material selection TOG considerations Zip/closure design and placement Construction details Prototype/sample development Design revisions following sampling Technical drawings Tech pack/specifications suitable for manufacturing Knowledge of Australian children's sleepwear/product safety requirements would be highly regarded. Ideal Freelancer Experience designing any of the following would be particularly valuable: Children's or baby sleepwear, sleeping bags/sleep sacks, adaptive clothing, baby products, children's apparel, textile products or products requiring technical packs for overseas manufacturing. Please include examples of relevant previous work and briefly explain your experience taking a product from an initial concept through to sampling and manufacture. I’m at the early stages of developing this product and would ideally like to find a designer who can work with me throughout the development and prototyping process.
