**Philippines-Based Part-Time Sales Representative – Australian Automotive Services & Global Film Sales** We are looking for a Philippines-based online sales representative to join us on a part-time freelance basis. You will follow up with incoming enquiries across two parts of our business: **1. Prime Wrap Studio – Melbourne, Australia** We provide paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrapping and window tinting services in Melbourne. Your role will be to contact customers who enquire through our advertising, understand their requirements, explain our services, follow up on quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. **2. Prime Wraps – Global Film Sales** Website: www.prime-wraps.com We sell PPF and vinyl wrapping films to wrapping shops, installers and automotive businesses worldwide. You will follow up with business enquiries generated by our marketing campaigns, understand their purchasing needs, provide approved product information and pricing, and help convert enquiries into orders and repeat business. **Main Responsibilities** - Contact new enquiries promptly by phone, email and messaging. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or products. - Prepare and follow up on quotes using our approved pricing. - Handle common questions and sales objections professionally. - Coordinate Melbourne installation bookings with our team. - Coordinate international film orders, confirming stock and shipping details with our team before making commitments. - Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up tasks in our CRM. - Provide a brief daily update on leads contacted, follow-ups, bookings, orders and outstanding issues. The main focus is converting incoming enquiries generated by our marketing into sales. **Requirements** - Based in the Philippines. - Confident, clear spoken and written English. - Previous experience in phone sales, inbound sales, appointment setting or B2B sales. - Comfortable speaking with Australian customers and international business clients. - Proactive, organised and consistent with follow-ups. - Reliable internet, a computer, a headset and a quiet workspace. - Able to work agreed hours overlapping with Melbourne business hours, with some flexibility for international leads. - CRM experience; GoHighLevel experience is a plus. - Automotive, PPF, vinyl wrapping or wholesale sales experience is an advantage, but not essential if you are willing to learn. **Working Arrangement** - Fully remote, part-time freelance role. - Hours and compensation to be agreed based on experience and availability. - Potential for a long-term working relationship. **How to Apply** Please include: 1.
