This project centers on filling more than 2,100 openings for two separate cleaning services, with an emphasis on specialized roles such as carpet-cleaning technicians and similar skill sets. I will hand you a vetted database of prospective candidates; your job is to turn those names into signed offer letters through a disciplined mix of phone calls and follow-up emails. During the first three weeks you’ll complete paid, structured training that covers our script, ATS workflow and daily metrics. Payment for this phase is released in full on successful completion. Once training is wrapped up, performance that consistently hits or exceeds the agreed-upon hiring targets opens the door to a long-term, full-time recruiting position with us. Key deliverables • Call and email every candidate on the supplied list, documenting each touchpoint in the ATS. • Secure qualified commitments until hiring quotas are met for both companies. • Provide a concise end-of-day report summarizing contacts made, responses received, and next steps.
