Full-Stack SaaS Automation Build

I have an existing SaaS concept that needs to evolve into a production-ready platform with heavy automation. The stack I want to consolidate around is: • Next.js for the customer-facing frontend and dashboard • Node.js and Python side-by-side on the backend (Node for real-time API endpoints, Python for data crunching and AI tasks) • PostgreSQL (with room for MySQL where legacy data requires it) • n8n as the primary workflow engine Your first milestone will be to map the current manual workflows—lead capture, CRM hand-off, email/WhatsApp notifications—and recreate them in n8n with robust error handling and webhook triggers. From there we’ll layer in OpenAI-powered actions such as auto-enrichment of leads and summarised notifications. On the application side, I need clean Next.js pages wired to a freshly structured REST/GraphQL layer in Node, with Python micro-services spun up where the AI jobs live. Role-based access, an admin console, and scheduled background jobs are part of the scope. Key deliverables 1. Source-controlled Next.js frontend with responsive UI components 2. Dual-language backend (Node + Python) with documented APIs 3. n8n flows covering lead intake, CRM sync, messaging, and scheduled reports 4. Database schema migration scripts for PostgreSQL 5. Test suite (unit + integration) and CI/CD pipeline to our cloud environment 6. Deployment guide and hand-off walkthrough Acceptance criteria will be a working demo on our staging server that processes a test lead end-to-end without manual touch, plus code that passes the test suite.
