Automation Developer Needed — Gmail to Jobber AI Workflow Egyptian Applicants Only | Remote | Contract | Potential for Long-Term Work We are looking for an experienced Automation/Integration Developer to build a reliable, production-ready system that automatically converts incoming work-order emails from Gmail into fully populated Jobber Requests, reducing manual data entry and supporting estimate turnaround within 24 hours. Scope of Work The automation should: - Monitor a shared Gmail inbox 24/7 for new work orders. - Identify the actual client and request, including forwarded emails. - Use AI/LLMs to extract Title, Client, Work Overview, and Notes. - Generate a PDF/image snapshot of the original email. - Transfer relevant photos and PDF attachments. - Find the correct Jobber client or create a new one. - Create and populate a Jobber Request via API and attach relevant files. - Include robust error handling, logging, monitoring, alerts, and duplicate/missed-order protection. Required Experience - API integrations, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and mutations - Gmail/Google Workspace APIs - AI/LLM integrations and structured data extraction - Node.js or Python; n8n, Make.com, or Zapier - Production-ready, always-on services - Error handling, logging, monitoring, and alerts - Email parsing, file processing, PDF/image generation, and multipart uploads Nice to have: Jobber API experience, field-service software integrations, AI agents, and advanced email/document processing.
