Travel Visa Application Website – Development Requirement We are looking for an experienced web developer / development team to build a professional visa application platform for our travel company, Sky Direct Travel. The website should allow clients to complete most of their visa application process online, from checking requirements to tracking the application. Core Features 1. Visa Checklist - Client selects destination/country and visa type. - Website displays the relevant visa checklist. - Checklist should be easy to understand and organized by document type. - Admin should be able to update requirements from the backend. 2. Client Account - Users can create an account/login securely. - Personal profile and traveller information. - Dashboard showing all active and previous visa applications. 3. Document Upload - Clients can upload required documents directly through their account. - Support common formats such as PDF, JPG and PNG. - Documents should be securely stored. - Admin should be able to review documents and mark them as approved, rejected, or requiring correction. - Client should receive an update when a document needs to be re-uploaded. 4. Online Payment - Integration with a suitable Indian payment gateway. - Clients should be able to pay visa/service fees online. - Payment status should automatically update in the application. - Generate payment confirmation/receipt. 5. Visa Application Tracking Clients should be able to see the status of their application from their dashboard. Example status flow: "Application Started → Documents Pending → Documents Under Review → Documents Complete → Submitted → Embassy/Consulate Processing → Passport/Decision Received → Completed" The admin should be able to change the status and add notes/updates. 6. Admin Dashboard The admin panel should allow our team to: - Manage clients - Manage countries and visa types - Create/edit visa checklists - View applications - Review uploaded documents - Request corrected documents - Update application status - Add internal/client-facing notes - Manage payments - Download documents - Search and filter applications 7. Notifications The system should be capable of sending automated: - Email notifications - Application status updates - Document correction requests - Payment confirmations - Important application notifications Design Requirements We want a premium, modern and trustworthy travel-tech website, suitable for a professional visa consultancy. The interface should be: - Mobile responsive - Fast and easy to use - Clean and professional - Simple enough for clients who are not technically advanced - Secure, particularly around passports and personal documents Important This is not intended to be just an informational travel website. We want a functional visa application management platform where the complete workflow can happen online.
