Part Time Tally Accounting

I run a young startup that is growing quickly and I need someone who can jump straight into Tally and keep our books in order. Two days each week you will log in remotely (or visit, if you are nearby) and take charge of everything that touches our accounts. That includes creating fresh invoices for new sales, combing through the ones I have already raised to spot and fix any errors, posting all purchase bills, updating ledgers, reconciling bank entries, and closing the day in a tidy, audit-ready state. Because most of our processes are already set up, I’m looking for an intermediate-level accountant: someone comfortable with Tally shortcuts, GST configuration, and basic bookkeeping principles, but who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves for routine data entry. The moment you come on board I’ll share last month’s backup, my current chart of accounts, and a small checklist of pain points I want solved first. Turnaround is important to me—I’d like you to start this week and aim for same-day completion of each session’s tasks so I can review numbers immediately.
