I’m ready to turn an idea into a working platform—both a responsive website and companion mobile apps—that YouTubers can rely on to boost their channels. The core objective is simple: give creators a reliable way to purchase packages that directly increase their views and subscribers, with optional add-ons for watch time. Scope of work You’ll design and develop: • A public-facing site and iOS/Android app where creators sign up, browse packages, and place orders. • A secure payment flow (Stripe or similar) with automated order tracking. • A scalable backend that can handle multiple service accounts, rotating IP addresses, and any other infrastructure needed to deliver views, subscribers, and watch-time minutes without triggering platform penalties. • An SEO optimization module so users can audit titles, tags, and descriptions before or after they buy promotions. Key functionality • User dashboard: real-time status of purchased views, subs, and watch-time progress. • Admin panel: create/edit packages, monitor delivery pools, manage proxies/IPs, and generate payout reports. • Notification system: email and in-app alerts for order milestones and completed campaigns. • Analytics snapshot: high-level metrics so users can see the lift in traffic once campaigns finish. Tech preferences I’m open on stack, but favor modern frameworks—React / React Native or Flutter on the front end, and Node.js, Python, or Go on the backend with a microservices approach running on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Security, rate-limiting, and smart IP rotation are essential. Deliverables 1. Fully deployed web platform and mobile apps (ready for App Store & Google Play). 2. Source code in a git repository. 3.
