Handwritten Notes Transcription to Text

I need my personal handwritten notes converted into a single plain-text file. Please begin every distinct section with a clear heading so I can skim the material quickly later on. Accuracy is critical: every symbol, arrow, bullet, mathematical sign, or other non-alphabetic mark must be represented exactly as it appears. If a character cannot be typed directly, place a brief description of it in square brackets so its meaning is preserved. Deliverable • One UTF-8 .txt file containing the full transcription, section headings included and all symbols faithfully rendered.
