Popular pipelines such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D are all fine—use whichever lets you hit a polished, broadcast-ready finish. • Add music, sound design, and voice-over (if you can provide voices that match the teen vibe, that’s a bonus, otherwise I’ll supply recordings). • Final output in 1080p MP4 along with the source project files so future updates are simple. Acceptance criteria: – Smooth 3D animation that runs at 24 fps or higher. – Colour palette and character styling appropriate for a teenage audience (think modern cartoons on streaming platforms). – Runtime in the 2–3 minute range unless our concept clearly needs more or less. – At least one revision cycle after I review the first full render.
