3D Tube Design to 2D Artwork

I have two complete towable-tube concepts modeled in 3D and backed up with high-resolution renders. What I now need is a precise, print-ready 2D layout for each design so the manufacturer can start production without any back-and-forth. You will receive the original 3D files along with the reference images; feel free to extract measurements, patterns, and artwork elements straight from them. The printer has asked for vector files—Adobe Illustrator or press-quality PDF—so the final artwork must arrive in that format, with all colours converted to CMYK, bleeds added, and any fonts outlined. Seam alignment is crucial: graphics must wrap cleanly when the panels are stitched, with registration marks that match the physical pattern. Deliverables • One AI or PDF master file for each tube, fully layered and editable • A flattened PDF proof showing how the graphics flow around the inflatable shape • Quick JPG mock-ups so I can sign off before release I’ll handle the final upload to the factory portal once your files pass my visual check.
