Migrate cPanel Backup to Amazon Lightsail

I have a complete cPanel backup ready and I need it moved onto a fresh Amazon Lightsail instance. I have not prepared the Lightsail environment, so configuring it—from spinning up the instance through to hardening security and setting up the web stack—is part of the job. Once the server is ready, restore both the website files and the databases from the backup, make any path or permission adjustments, and ensure the site comes online exactly as it was on the original cPanel account. I expect SSL, virtual hosts, and any required PHP or module versions to match production needs.
