Lease Dispute Assistance

I need help with sending registered letters to my landlords. I am party to a lease and assignment agreement over a residential property. The landlords have served a Notificação Judicial Avulsa and are demanding that I vacate by 11 September 2026. I have two letters ready to go to the landlords today. My goal is to achieve a stay of lease termination, as per the terms of the agreement.
