## International Export Sales & Business Development Assistant – VelomoraHome ### About Us VelomoraHome is an Indian export company specializing in premium home textiles, including towels, bedsheets, duvets, bathmats, cushions, and hospitality textiles. We are expanding internationally and seeking a reliable professional to support our export sales and business development activities. ### Responsibilities - Research and identify international importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and hotel groups. - Generate and verify B2B leads across Germany, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other markets. - Prepare personalized cold emails and manage follow-ups. - Support LinkedIn outreach and international buyer communication. - Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists. - Research freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHAs). - Maintain buyer databases, sales records, and export documents using Excel and Google Sheets. - Track inquiries, buyer responses, and potential sales opportunities. ### Required Skills - Excellent English communication and email writing. - Strong internet research and lead-generation skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Export-import experience, CRM knowledge, Incoterms, and logistics experience are advantages. ### Working Arrangement - Remote freelance opportunity. - Part-time: approximately 3–5 hours per day. - Long-term opportunity with potential for full-time employment based on performance. ### Paid Skill Test Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid assessment involving research on 20 German towel importers, one professional sales email, a sample Proforma Invoice in Excel, and research on three freight forwarders or CHAs serving Nhava Sheva/JNPT. ### How to Apply Please share your relevant experience, examples of previous work, availability, research tools used, and hourly rate or monthly compensation expectations.
