Project Title: Business Process Assessment and Software Solution Recommendation Project Requirements: - Assess our company's existing business processes, operational challenges, and technology infrastructure. - Identify opportunities to improve company management, financial control, project tracking, employee management, and interdepartmental coordination. - Recommend the most suitable approach: ERP, Business Process Management (BPM) software, HRMS, project management tools, customised software, or an integrated combination of existing solutions. - Evaluate whether our existing Tally Prime accounting system can be retained and integrated with other applications. - Identify requirements for project budgeting, expenditure tracking, approval workflows, and project-wise financial reporting. - Assess employee attendance automation, HR management, payroll integration, and role-based access controls. - Recommend solutions that are easy to use for employees with limited digital literacy. - Compare suitable software options based on functionality, scalability, implementation complexity, and cost. - Evaluate the availability and reliability of ongoing technical support, bug fixes, employee assistance, data backups, and disaster recovery. - Estimate initial implementation costs and recurring annual expenses, including licensing, customisation, training, maintenance, and support. - Recommend suitable software vendors or implementation partners, if required. - Prepare a business requirements assessment, solution comparison, estimated budget, and phased implementation roadmap. Company Background: We are an organisation with approximately 300 employees, managing multiple projects, including government school projects. We currently use Tally Prime for accounting and rely heavily on Excel and separate records for other business processes. Our objective is to improve organisational structure, financial accountability, project-level budget control, employee management, and information sharing across departments. We are open to existing software, integrated solutions, or customised applications. We do not want to commit to an ERP or any particular technology before our requirements have been properly assessed. Expected Outcome: An independent assessment of our business processes and a recommendation for the most appropriate, cost-effective, and reliable technology solution, including a clear implementation and long-term support strategy. We are looking for an experienced business process consultant, digital transformation consultant, or software selection consultant who can objectively assess our needs before recommending a solution.
