Title: Setup Instagram-to-WhatsApp Sales Funnel, DM Automation & Manual UPI Checkout Flow Project Description: I am launching an e-commerce brand (sellwin.in) and need an experienced specialist to build an end-to-end conversational sales funnel connecting Instagram to WhatsApp. I need a seamless flow where visitors from Instagram are routed directly into WhatsApp, prompted to provide their delivery details, and sent a manual UPI QR code for payment. Key Deliverables: 1. Instagram to WhatsApp Flow: - Configure Instagram profile action buttons ("Chat on WhatsApp") and story link stickers. - Set up automated keyword triggers in Instagram DMs (e.g., if a user comments "ORDER" or DMs about a product, auto-send a direct WhatsApp chat link). 2. WhatsApp Order & Address Capture System: - Configure WhatsApp Business / CRM automation to guide the buyer through a structured intake form: * Full Name * Complete Delivery Address & PIN Code * Phone Number * Product Name & Size/Variant - Automatically log these order submissions into a shared Google Sheet for instant tracking. 3. Manual Payment & Verification Workflow: - Trigger an automated or quick-reply message sending our UPI ID / Dynamic or Static QR code once address details are logged. - Customer replies with payment screenshot -> simple dashboard/chat status update to mark the order as "Paid/Confirmed." 4. Meta Business Profile Setup: - Ensure the business profile on WhatsApp and Meta Business Manager is properly linked, branded, and optimized. (Note: Guide on official WhatsApp API requirements if needed, but the primary focus is immediate functional order collection).

Requirements

- Proven experience building conversational commerce funnels (Meta Business Suite, ManyChat, or similar BSP tools like Interakt/Wati). - Practical knowledge of Indian payment workflows (UPI QR, Google Pay, PhonePe). - Quick turnaround (2 to 3 days maximum). Budget: ₹1000 – ₹2500 (Fixed Price)
