Social media manager and content creator for onehelpst., a new shop in Chatswood, Sydney, opening mid-October 2026. onehelpst. is one address with three trades under one roof: - DOORSTEP. – premium sneaker care and restoration - Scorch·Studio – laser engraving and UV printing - Pour – a matcha bar (matcha and food, no coffee) Scope: - Run Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for all three brands - Film photos and short vertical videos on site in Chatswood - Write captions in English and Simplified Chinese - Reply to comments and messages within one business day - Post to a monthly content plan we approve first - A short monthly report on followers, reach and top posts Volume: roughly 10 posts a week across the three brands, plus stories.
- Based in Sydney and able to film on site. Remote-only applicants will not be considered - Fluent written English and Simplified Chinese - Links to social accounts you currently run, ideally retail, hospitality or product brands Nice to have: Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and WeChat experience, paid social ads, a feel for sneaker culture or matcha.
