Website Business Sales Closer Needed

I’m currently looking for a sales closer for my website business The job is pretty straightforward. We build demo websites for local businesses, and my staff handles the website creation, and then they schedule a short 5 minute call with the decision maker. The closer’s job is to make the call, walk the business owner through the website, explain how the different sections can help their business, answer any questions, and ultimately ask for the sale. we provide training on our service, and the sales process, so they’ll know exactly what to cover. Once the customer agrees to move forward, we send them a payment link, they pay, and our team takes care of everything from there. It’s a commission-based position, with commission paid on the initial website setup fee: 1–3 sales/month: 10% 4–9 sales/month: 15% 10+ sales/month: 20% Our website setup fee ranges from $300-$500. The closer’s commission is based on the setup fee. So essentially, we provide the leads, build the demos, generate the interest, and schedule the calls. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking with business owners, presenting the website, handling questions or objections, and closing the deal.
