***must read the description*** I’m compiling a list of 1,000 Instagram-active realtors located in the United States whose accounts sit in the 0–5 k follower range. Each profile must regularly upload video content—specifically property tours, market updates and client testimonials—and yet still suffer from Poor video quality. These are the agents I can help the most, so I need solid, accurate data. What I need from you Provide a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets better) with one row per lead and the following columns: • Name • Instagram username (with profile link) • Email address • Phone number • Current follower count • Note on what’s weak in their content (focus on the video-quality issue) • Date the last reel/video was uploaded • Average views per reel/video Quality checkpoints • All profiles must be U.S. realtors or real estate teams—no mortgage brokers, staging companies, etc. • Follower counts must fall strictly under 5,000 at the time you collect them. • Every account must show consistent video activity within the past 30 days. • No duplicated or generic contact details; verify each email and phone number is unique and active.
