We need an experienced Architectural / Building Design freelancer to prepare a COMPLETE and COORDINATED drawing package for our Residential G+2 + Penthouse house. IMPORTANT: The Local Engineer’s working/structural drawings already provided by us are the BASE and REFERENCE drawings for this project. The freelancer must carefully follow the Local Engineer’s working plan. Do NOT change structural columns, beams, slabs, staircase, room positions or other structural provisions without our approval and proper coordination with the Local Engineer. We already have the Local Engineer’s working drawings. We need the REMAINING COMPLETE DETAILS required to execute the house from construction stage to completion. The purpose of this project is to provide practical, accurate and coordinated drawings that can be directly followed by the Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Fabricator, AC technician, Interior workers and other site workers.
