Daily Xero Bookkeeping Support

I’m looking for steady, part-time help keeping our books in Xero up to date every single day. You’ll log in each morning, send out the previous day’s invoices, record incoming payments, and keep all bank and credit-card feeds perfectly reconciled before you sign off. By the end of each week I also rely on you to pull clean, well-labeled financial reports so I can spot issues early and share snapshots with the team. You should already be comfortable navigating Xero’s dashboard, matching transactions, setting up bank rules, and customising the standard Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet layouts. Because the cadence is daily, consistency and fast turnaround are more important than deep advisory work; I simply need the numbers to be accurate and ready when I open the file. Deliverables I expect: • Same-day invoicing and payment entries • Daily bank and card reconciliations at 0-difference • Weekly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow summaries exported to PDF & Excel If this rhythm suits you and you have solid Xero experience, let’s get started.
