Exact SketchUp Interior Digital Twins -- 2

I will hand you photo sets and reference notes for various homes and apartments and need you to rebuild each space in SketchUp as an exact digital twin. That means every visible feature—walls, flooring, built-ins, furniture, fixtures, finishes, even décor—must match the images as closely as possible. During a short video call I’ll walk you through my naming conventions, layer structure, and scene setup so we stay consistent across projects. Handover and feedback will also happen on video. Good spoken English and a sharp eye for detail are therefore essential. Tools you can expect to use: SketchUp (latest desktop version), standard material libraries, plus any rendering plug-ins you prefer for checking realism. As long as the base .skp file remains clean and well-organized, you may employ extensions for efficiency. Deliverables for each unit: • A fully organized .skp file following my layer and tag system • Materials, textures, and component libraries embedded or linked correctly • At least three scene views (overall, key angles, and an isometric) ready for export • Confirmation that dimensions and object placement align within tolerance of the provided photos If this level of precision and workflow suits you, let’s schedule the kickoff call and get the first set of images in your hands.
