Meta Ads for Chess Academy Growth

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads and Performance Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of our paid advertising strategy and help us consistently acquire genuine leads and convert them into paying students. We are NOT looking for someone who simply creates and launches advertisements. We need a strategic, proactive marketing expert who understands the complete customer acquisition journey, identifies problems, proposes solutions, implements improvements and continuously optimizes campaigns for profitable student admissions. I run an online chess academy and I’m ready to scale our enrolments with a focused Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad strategy. My single, measurable goal is to generate more paid student sign-ups, not just leads or trial requests. The audience we care about is parents who are looking to enrol their children—boys and girls aged roughly 4 to 16—into high-quality, engaging chess classes. I need an expert who can: • Shape a full-funnel strategy that speaks to parents’ motivations, clearly showing the educational and cognitive benefits of chess for kids. • Build and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, including audience research, creative direction, copy, pixel/conversion API implementation, and ongoing optimisation. • Deliver weekly performance insights with actionable next steps so we can hit specific cost-per-acquisition targets. Creative assets, landing-page edits, and any chess-specific messaging angles are all on the table—feel free to propose what you know works.
