Dual-Purpose Mobile App UI/UX Design

We are building a mobile-first consumer platform that combines social networking, real-world experiences, discovery and transactional features. We are looking for a senior Product Designer / UI-UX expert to work with our product team on a project basis. Product scope The platform includes multiple interconnected experiences such as: Social profiles and connections Content creation and sharing Messaging and communication Discovery and personalized recommendations Real-world experiences and activities Scheduling and participation Location and venue-related experiences Communities and groups Marketplace functionality Short-form video and social content Business/partner-facing experiences The product has a large and interconnected UX, so we're looking for someone who can think beyond individual screens and design complete user journeys. What you'll work on Mobile UX architecture User flows and information architecture High-fidelity mobile UI Interactive prototypes Design systems and reusable components Figma components, variants and variables Interaction and micro-interaction design Empty, loading and error states UX refinement of existing product flows Developer-ready design handoff Design direction We are looking for a premium, modern consumer-product experience. The visual direction should feel: Minimal Premium Modern Intuitive Emotional Highly polished Mobile-first We already have an established product direction and partially completed designs. The designer will be expected to audit, improve and extend the existing product, rather than simply create screens from scratch.
