Canton Fair Content Assistant Driver

I’ll be in Guangzhou for the next Canton Fair and need one reliable, tech-savvy helper who can do a bit of everything: drive me between the hotel, exhibition halls, and supplier visits in your own car, film and record clear audio of product demos and interviews, edit that material into short daily highlight reels, and keep my agenda running on time. The core of the job is content recording and editing. You’ll capture both video and high-quality audio on the show floor, back up the files, do quick edits each evening (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci—whichever you’re fastest with), then package them for social media and our internal team. While we move from booth to booth you’ll also help refine the next day’s route, slotting in new leads we uncover. To be a fit you must already hold a valid Chinese driver’s license, feel comfortable driving in Guangzhou traffic, speak workable English, and have proven experience filming and editing at live events or trade shows. When you message me, focus on that experience—previous trade-fair shoots, run-and-gun interviews, or similar projects that show you can juggle a camera, mic, and tight schedule all at once. Deliverables I’ll look for each day: • Raw footage and audio stored safely on my drive. • One polished 1–3 minute recap video with captions and basic color correction. • Updated next-day itinerary reflecting any schedule changes.
