Cancun - Branch Service and Customer Care Evaluation

The activity involves visiting two companies assigned by us in person to request information and obtain two price quotes. To successfully complete the activity, the following is required: 1. Study the guide we provide, understand what needs to be mentioned and what needs to be quoted, and communicate with us via this platform before starting the activity to clarify the objective and resolve any questions. (Estimated time: 1 hour—30 minutes for studying the guide and 30 minutes for Q&A). 2. Visit the assigned companies and branches to receive an in-person explanation of the service and confirm the quote. (Estimated time: 30 minutes plus travel time to each branch; 2–3 hours total). 5. Email us the received quote and an evaluation form. (Estimated time: 30–60 minutes per branch; 1–2 hours total). A total of 4 to 6 hours is required to complete the activity; the payment is a fixed $100 USD upon satisfactory completion. Freelancer Requirements: A. Reside in Cancún and speak fluent Spanish; communication with both us and the companies' sales staff will be in Spanish. B. Have a means of transportation (car or motorcycle). C. Minimum age of 25. D. Have an Android or iOS smartphone with the Freelancer app installed and notifications enabled. (A common reason for project failure is freelancers not monitoring messages or missing notifications, leading to delayed communication; therefore, we ask that you install the app and stay attentive to it for everyone's benefit). If you are interested in this activity and have not performed it previously, please place a bid for the fixed amount of $100 USD and include the municipality where you live in your message to confirm you are not a bot.
