AUD$2/hr I run a small photography-videography studio and I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can keep my visuals polished and my social channels active. Editing workload You’ll receive raw photo sets and short video clips from recent shoots. I count on you to: • Apply consistent colour correction that matches the brand palette • Trim footage into tight, engaging cuts for reels and shorts • Add tasteful text or motion graphics where needed for call-outs, lower-thirds, or simple title cards Lightroom, Photoshop and either Premiere Pro or Final Cut are the preferred tools, but if you have an equivalent workflow that produces the same quality, I’m open to it. Delivery is typically expected within 48–72 hours of receiving the raw files. Social media management Once the edits are approved, I’d like you to: • Draft captions, select hashtags and schedule posts for Instagram and Facebook • Re-format horizontal or vertical clips for YouTube Shorts when appropriate • Monitor basic engagement and flag any comments or messages that need my personal response I currently schedule with Creator Studio but am happy to switch to Later, Buffer or Hootsuite if it streamlines the process. What success looks like 1. Edits arrive on time, colour-accurate and export-ready (1080p MP4 for video, high-res JPEG for photos). 2. A two-week social calendar is always queued, with posts optimised for each platform. 3. Engagement reports land in my inbox every Monday so I can track what’s working.
