I want to develop a professional tailoring and fashion software that can convert body measurements into accurate garment patterns automatically. The main concept is: Customer measurements → Software calculates the pattern → Automatic pattern generation → Pattern preview → Print/export on paper. The software should initially support garments such as blouses, chudidar/salwar, kurti and other garments that can be added later. The developer/team should recommend the correct technical solution and explain what measurements, formulas and information are required from a professional master tailor. I want a complete working software, including UI/UX, frontend, backend, database, pattern-generation engine, printing/export, testing and deployment. Please provide a detailed fixed-price quotation, estimated timeline, recommended technology, previous experience with fashion/tailoring/CAD/pattern software, and post-development support cost. I will handle the business, sales and marketing. The developer/team should handle the complete technical development. I require the complete source code and commercial usage rights/ownership of the custom-developed software.
