Backlink Creation From Provided List

I have already compiled a vetted list of websites; what I need now is an experienced link-builder who can place my links on those domains correctly. Please use a healthy mix of do-follow and no-follow links, but limit all placements to the home page of each target site. My sole objective is to strengthen my search-engine rankings, so every link has to be live, crawlable, and anchored exactly as I specify. Deliverables • Live URL for each placement, anchor text, link type (do-follow / no-follow), and date of submission in a spreadsheet • Brief note on any site where placement was not possible and why Type “BACKLINK READY” in your bid so I know you have read the requirements.
