Full Assembly Tetra-Hex Meshing

I have a complete mechanical assembly ready in STEP/IGES format and I need it prepared for structural strength and deformation studies. The task is to create a clean, analysis-grade mesh that combines tetrahedral elements where appropriate and hexahedral elements across every single part in the assembly—no component is to be left in tet-only form. Here’s what I expect: • A thoroughly checked hexa mesh on all parts, complemented by tetra elements only where geometry absolutely demands it. • Element quality that comfortably meets standard FEA targets for aspect ratio, skew, jacobian, and warpage so the model runs reliably without excessive clean-up. • A single solver-ready file (or separate component meshes if that suits your workflow) returned in a common CAE format together with a brief report outlining element counts and key quality metrics. I will supply the STEP/IGES assembly as soon as we agree on the timeline. If you prefer to work in HyperMesh, ANSA, Simcenter, Abaqus CAE, or a similar pre-processor, just let me know; the end goal is a high-quality mesh I can drop straight into my structural analysis.
