Autodesk Inventor Design from 3D Scans

Title: Autodesk Inventor Modelling & Fabrication Drawings from 3D Scan Data Project Overview We require an experienced Autodesk Inventor designer to develop accurate 3D models and fabrication drawings for two mechanical assemblies. The project is based on existing 3D laser scan data, hand measurements, sketches, photographs, physical samples, and legacy drawings that have already been collected and prepared. The work mainly involves converting supplied information into manufacturable Inventor models, reviewing existing drawings, and updating dimensions/features where required. Scope of Work 1. Hi-Rail Axle Assembly 1 main assembly with subassemblies Approximately 10-15 individual parts Review existing drawings and update dimensions where required Model all components and generate fabrication drawings 2. Coupler Hook Assembly 1 main assembly with subassemblies Approximately 5-10 individual parts Includes coupler hook, pivot pin, support frame, and associated components Review existing drawings and update dimensions where required Information Provided The successful freelancer will be provided with: 3D laser scan data Hand measurement sketches Photographs Existing drawings Physical sample measurements Required title block template Deliverables Autodesk Inventor Part Files (.ipt) Autodesk Inventor Assembly Files (.iam) Autodesk Inventor Drawing Files (.idw or .dwg) PDF drawing package Rendered images/screenshots of assemblies and major components Fabrication drawings using supplied title block Assembly drawings with BOMs Editable native Inventor files Requirements Strong Autodesk Inventor experience Experience modelling from laser scan data and hand measurements Mechanical design and fabrication drawing experience Understanding of manufacturing drawings and detailing Drawings to comply with relevant Australian Standards Notes Existing scan data and measurements have already been completed. The objective is accurate modelling and drawing production rather than design development. Painting notes shall reference client standards only; no coating design is required. One review cycle and one drawing revision cycle are included. Please provide examples of similar Inventor projects completed using 3D scans, measured sketches, or reverse-engineering workflows.
