Integrated B2B-B2C Travel Portal

I want to launch a single online portal that serves both travel agents and end customers. The core catalogue will cover hotel accommodation and flight inventory, so the booking flow for those two services needs to be seamless, fast, and mobile-friendly from search to confirmation. For the B2B side, registered agents must be able to log in, search, compare and instantly book the same hotel and flight content. Their mark-ups, credit limits or payment rules will sit behind the login, but they do not need white-label branding at this stage. Key requirement: connect the portal to multiple external platforms through robust REST/SOAP APIs. Some feeds will bring in third-party rates and availability (feed-in), while others will push my own contracted inventory or confirmed bookings back out to partners (feed-out). Please factor in caching, queuing or rate-limit strategies so the system remains stable even with high search volume. Deliverables: • Responsive web portal for B2B and B2C booking of hotels and flights • Secure agent dashboard with search, compare and book functions • API layer integrated with chosen suppliers for bidirectional data flow • Basic admin panel where I can add suppliers, monitor transactions and export reports Acceptance criteria will be confirmed together, but at minimum I’ll run live test bookings for both user types and verify that supplier responses are correctly stored, priced and ticketed.
