1. You must be located in the USA or Canada 2. You must have prior customer engagement / relationship management experience to address the clients' proposal questions and / or to onboard them on our systems as a client. 3. DO NOT contact us outside of this platform. If you do, that will be an automatic rejection of your proposal and services. -------- We need an experienced proposal writer to help me prepare complete, compelling responses to upcoming RFPs. The opportunities sit primarily in Healthcare Services—more precisely, language services such as onsite interpretation, video remote interpretation, telephone interpretation, and document translation that support hospitals, clinics, and allied settings. Some of the solicitations also cross into Education and Legal environments, so familiarity with those compliance frameworks is welcome. What I expect from you: • Shape a persuasive narrative that reflects our capabilities, differentiators, and service metrics. • Build or refine all required sections—executive summary, technical approach, staffing plan, past performance, pricing narrative, and any mandatory forms. You will use our internal PM system to generate the initial response to the RFPs. • Track all submission requirements and deadlines, ensuring every attachment, certificate, or addendum is accounted for. • Translate complex service-level data into clear charts or tables when needed. • Collaborate with me on iterative drafts and produce a final, print-ready (and upload-ready) package Acceptance criteria: • Every requirement in the RFP checklist is addressed with no compliance gaps. • Final files pass formatting checks (PDF bookmarks, active hyperlinks, correct file naming conventions). • All content is original to this proposal and plagiarism-free. • There are 4 to 5 RFPs per week on average and the pay is $40 per RFP. If you have a solid track record crafting winning healthcare language-service proposals—especially under tight timelines—let’s connect right away.
