Android Remote Access Configuration

I need a reliable way to reach a second Android phone that stays in another city so the service app running on it can keep using its own GPS while I supervise the device. Through Wi-Fi, I must be able to: • see and fully control its screen in real time • copy, delete, or push files both ways without having someone touch the phone Your task is to choose or build the simplest, most secure solution—whether that means configuring TeamViewer Host, AnyDesk, AirDroid, an ADB-based approach like scrcpy/VNC, or another method you know will hold a stable unattended session over Wi-Fi. Please handle everything from initial setup steps I’ll follow on each handset, through permissions and battery-optimised settings, to a short hand-off guide so I can reconnect whenever I need. Acceptance is straightforward: once you’re finished I’ll be able to log in, view the remote screen, move a test file to the device, pull it back, and confirm the location-based app still registers the phone’s own GPS position.
