ABDM Integration for .NET HMIS

I have a mature, C#/.NET–based HMIS that currently supports five hospitals. To meet Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) requirements, this system now needs a direct, real-time interface with the ABDM Gateway. Scope of work • Build and embed a HIP/HIU-compliant service layer that pushes every ABDM-mandated data element from our HMIS to the portal the moment a record is saved. • Covered domains include patient registration information, ongoing clinical updates, and billing details; appointment workflows are handled internally and do not need to be exposed right now. • Map our existing SQL schema to ABDM-prescribed FHIR-R4 resources, handle ABHA address linking, consent artefacts, and token-based authentication. • Set up, test, and demonstrate the full flow first in the ABDM sandbox, then move to production once compliance certificates are obtained. • Provide concise deployment notes and a data-mapping document so my in-house team can maintain the connector. Acceptance criteria 1. Create/Update events in the HMIS appear on the ABDM dashboard within seconds. 2. Billing data posts without duplication and matches the HMIS ledger totals. 3. All mandatory ABDM API calls return HTTP 200 with valid response payloads in both sandbox and production. 4. Full source code, mapping sheet, and test logs are delivered. The HMIS runs on .NET 6 with a MS SQL backend; you will receive REST endpoints and schema access as needed.
