Kerala Malayalam and Eng Meta Lead Generation

Project Title: Meta Ads Expert Needed for Freelancer Recruitment Campaign in Kerala (Malayalam Ads) Project Description: We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) specialist to launch and manage a 30-day lead generation campaign for a service platform called "Quick Fix Global Connect". The goal is to recruit independent tradespeople (Plumbers, Electricians, AC Repair Techs, Cleaners, etc.) across all 14 districts of Kerala. Project Budget: This project Agency Fees is max 8k / month and 15k monthly meta spend. Key Responsibilities: • Set up native Meta Lead Forms with fields for Name, Phone, District, and a text field for 6-digit postal PIN codes. • Create and optimize Malayalam-language ad copy and creatives tailored to local professionals. • Manage a daily net ad spend of ₹500–₹600 INR (Total monthly package budget is ₹15,000 INR). • Provide weekly reports tracking spend, impressions, reach, total applications, and Cost Per Lead (Targeting 200-300 leads for the month). • Filter out duplicate entries and optimize the targeting weekly based on which trades or PIN codes need more coverage.

Requirements

• Proven track record with Meta Lead Generation Ads. • Ability to write/understand fluent Malayalam for ad copywriting. • Experience setting up custom data privacy and contact consent fields on Meta. This is planned as a 3-month project (starting with a 1-month trial), adjusting targets each month to fill trade gaps.
