Complete Property Management Brand Identity Package

Complete Branding & Graphic Design Package – Grace Property Partners We are launching Grace Property Partners, a new Australian property management business, and are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a complete branding package. We want a modern, clean and professional brand that reflects trust, reliability and quality service. While initially operating in NSW, we have plans to expand nationally, so the branding needs to be timeless, recognisable and suitable for future growth. We are looking for the following: -Logo & Branding: Primary logo, alternative versions, colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines. - Business Stationery: Letterheads, business cards, Outlook email signatures, invoice templates and general correspondence templates. - Property Management Documents: Investor proposals, management fee schedules, landlord and tenant welcome packs, property information sheets and report templates. - Marketing Materials: Company brochure, flyers, presentation folders and promotional materials. - Social Media: Facebook and Instagram branding, editable Canva templates, For Lease, Just Leased and New Management graphics. - Signage: For Lease boards and general promotional signage. - Digital Branding: Website branding elements and PowerPoint templates. We want to avoid generic real estate designs and are open to creative suggestions. The overall look should be sophisticated, modern and approachable, with a strong, consistent identity across all materials. All documents and marketing templates must be editable, preferably in Word, Canva or PowerPoint. We also require all original design files, high-resolution logos and full commercial ownership of the completed designs. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in real estate or professional services branding who can manage the entire project. Please provide examples of previous work, your fixed price, estimated turnaround time and the number of revisions included. We are looking for someone who can help us establish the brand properly from the beginning, not just design a logo.
