Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Expert Needed

I’m looking for an experienced **Meta Ads & Performance Marketing expert** who can help scale an e-commerce brand in the **anime merchandise, toys, collectibles & 3D-printed products** space. This is not just a role for someone who knows how to set up Facebook/Instagram campaigns. I’m looking for someone who understands **performance marketing, creative strategy, customer psychology, and e-commerce growth**. ### What I’m Looking For The primary goal is to build and scale campaigns that can consistently achieve **5X+ ROAS**, while maintaining healthy margins and sustainable growth. You should be comfortable with: - Creating, managing & scaling Meta Ads campaigns - Performance analysis, optimization & testing - Audience research, targeting & retargeting - A/B testing creatives, audiences, offers & landing pages - Scaling winning campaigns without destroying ROAS - Developing ad angles and creative concepts - Suggesting **Reel/video ideas, hooks, scripts & ad concepts** - Understanding e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization - Providing recommendations for the **website's look, feel, structure & UX** - Identifying what products/offers are likely to perform best - Building a complete customer journey from **ad → website → purchase → repeat purchase** ### Industry Experience Matters Experience with **anime merchandise, toys, collectibles, gaming merchandise, pop culture products, D2C brands or similar impulse/passion-driven products** would be a huge advantage. You should understand how customers in these categories think and what makes them stop scrolling and actually purchase. ### Compensation I’m **not looking for the cheapest person**. I’m willing to pay based on **experience, expertise and most importantly, the results you are able to generate**. If you have a proven track record of generating strong ROAS and scaling e-commerce brands, I’m happy to structure compensation accordingly.
