Stock Clips Review and Preparation for BlackBox Submission

I have a very large archive of video footage from several documentary productions completed over the years—tens of thousands of clips in total. Scope of work: The following is a non-exhaustive overview of the work required. Please read the document linked above: 1) Selection and filtering: not every original clip will be suitable for stock licensing. Footage should be reviewed and excluded when inappropriate—for example, interviews, unusable shaky shots that can't be restored, technically flawed footage that cannot be corrected like overexposed shots or shots with too much grain, uninteresting or repetitive shots (if from the same angle, select the best clip), clips containing clearly visible logos, or other material that does not comply with stock-platform requirements. 2) Clip preparation: selected clips should be given a REC709 look, lightly color-corrected where necessary, properly exposed, stabilized when possible and appropriate, and trimmed to remove unwanted handles or unusable portions. 3) Export: clips must be exported according to the technical specifications in the BlackBox guide. 4) File naming: in addition to the required naming conventions, each exported filename must include the relevant original folder-path information so that the source and organizational structure can always be traced. 5) Delivery: exported clips must be returned to me while preserving the original folder structure. Freelancer requirements: - Experience with stock-footage workflows. - Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software. - Careful attention to visual quality, metadata organization, file naming, and folder structure. - Ability to work methodically with a very large volume of material. Payment terms: Please quote your price per 1,000 source clips reviewed and uploaded/delivered. The expected rate is around €100 per 1,000 clips but may adjust based on bids received. This will be an ongoing project involving a substantial volume of footage. Most of the footage has already been broadcast on television. I will maintain a record of the material supplied and verify that all files are handled correctly, used only for this project and not used again in the future for other projects by the freelancer. All footage needs to be deleted after confirmation of download from me. Q&A: 1)Clips are from various cameras: Sony, Nikon, DJI drone, Insta and Gopro action camera. Footage is from the past 15 years but we will go step by step back in time so you can expect to have the same cameras for some time.
