Our mission is to improve fashion discovery and solve one of the biggest problems in online fashion: size and fit uncertainty. Through AI-powered recommendations, product intelligence, and custom tailoring, DAUR aims to create a smarter fashion shopping experience while helping sellers reach more customers. ## Job Overview We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Freelance Merchant Acquisition Executives who can help DAUR expand its seller network across South Delhi. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting fashion boutiques, independent designers, clothing stores, and D2C brands, introducing them to DAUR, explaining the marketplace business model, and convincing interested sellers to join our platform. This is a field-oriented, commission-based opportunity. You will earn based on successful merchant acquisition and performance. ## Key Responsibilities 1. Identify potential fashion merchants, boutiques, and independent designers in South Delhi. 2. Visit stores personally and introduce DAUR to owners or decision-makers. 3. Explain DAUR's marketplace model and seller benefits. 4. Generate leads and build relationships with fashion brands and retailers. 5. Convince interested sellers to register and list their products on DAUR. 6. Collect basic business information and product catalog details. 7. Coordinate with the DAUR founding team for seller verification and onboarding. 8. Maintain daily visit reports, follow-ups, and conversion records. 9. Help onboard active merchants, not just collect registrations. ## Target Merchants - Independent Fashion Designers - Women's Wear Boutiques - Ethnic Wear Stores - Western Wear Boutiques - Contemporary Fashion Brands - Emerging D2C Fashion Brands - Local Fashion Retailers - Multi-designer Stores ## Target Locations - Greater Kailash (GK-1 & GK-2) - Hauz Khas Village - South Extension (Part 1 & 2) - Shahpur Jat - Lajpat Nagar ## Commission Structure Payment will be performance-based. Proposed incentives: - ₹300 – Per verified merchant successfully onboarded. - ₹200 – When the merchant successfully lists at least 10 products. - ₹200 – When the merchant receives their first successful order. Additional performance incentives may be offered based on monthly targets. Commission is payable only after the respective milestones are verified by DAUR. ## Ideal Candidate - Good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable with face-to-face sales. - Interested in fashion, retail, and startups. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Able to travel within South Delhi. - Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
