Hello! I was wondering for those that have experience if you could help me create a 45-minute grammar lesson for third-grade students. I would like the lesson to be hands-on and kinesthetic, with a fall theme, such as a pumpkin patch. The lesson will focus on main verbs and helping verbs and align with TEKS 3.11.D.ii: Edit drafts using standard English conventions, including past, present, and future verb tense. I would like the lesson to follow the Gradual Release of Responsibility model (I Do, We Do, You Do) and include partner work to encourage student collaboration and active participation. The lesson should incorporate engaging, movement-based activities that help students identify main verbs and helping verbs and practice using past, present, and future verb tenses in a fun, fall-themed setting.
