On-Site MERN Developer

I’m expanding our Surat-based product team and need an on-site MERN Stack Developer who can move comfortably from MongoDB right through to React in the browser.

The role

is full-time, aimed at engineers with roughly 2–5 years of solid experience, and the salary will sit around ₹4 LPA, adjusted for the depth of your skills. Day to day you’ll be shaping real-world web apps: designing schemas in MongoDB, crafting RESTful endpoints with Node.js and Express.js, and bringing slick UIs to life with modern React (Hooks, functional components, ES6+). Clean, well-reviewed code in Git, thoughtful state management, and an eye for performance optimisation are non-negotiables. If you enjoy debugging tricky bottlenecks, refactoring legacy pieces, and pushing new features out the door alongside a collaborative team, you’ll fit right in.
