Im looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator / Digital Marketing Manager to build brand awareness, grow our audience, create high-quality content, and drive new client bookings. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content calendars tailored to each platform. Content Creation & AI Tools: Leverage AI content creation tools and advanced Canva design skills to produce eye-catching graphics, short-form video reels, and aesthetic pin designs. Copywriting & Hashtag Research: Write compelling, conversion-focused captions and conduct targeted hashtag research to maximize reach. Multi-Platform Management: Actively manage and monitor Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Paid Advertising: Design, launch, and optimize paid social ad campaigns to scale audience acquisition and lead generation. Strict Delivery & Posting Requirements Active Daily Posting Requirement: Daily posting is mandatory. Real-Time Execution: You must post daily either manually or via a posting app during the active contract period. No Post-Delivery Scheduling: Scheduling content to post after the project/delivery milestone is completed is strictly unacceptable. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record as a Social Media Manager specializing in aesthetic, high-attention content for lifestyle or service-based businesses. What I'm Looking For Proven experience managing social media for barbershops, salons, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium local businesses Strong content creation and video-editing skills Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest Strong understanding of local marketing and customer acquisition Ability to turn creative content into actual bookings and revenue Strong visual/branding sense Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Experience with AI content creation is a major plus Important Previous work must be approved before hiring.
