Enter Customer Contacts into MySQL

I have a live MySQL database waiting for a batch of new customer contact records—names, emails, phone numbers and postal addresses. The raw data will reach you through a secure online form; every submission lands in an exportable CSV that you can pull at any time. Your job is to review each line for obvious typos or missing fields, flag anything suspect, then insert the clean records into the designated table. You may work directly in phpMyAdmin, MySQL Workbench, or via your own scripted INSERTs; the only requirement is that the final table structure, indexes and auto-increment keys stay untouched. Deliverables • All supplied records accurately entered into the database • A brief log noting any duplicates or corrections you had to make • SQL dump or confirmation query proving the row count matches the source Accuracy and consistent formatting matter more to me than raw speed, but I’d still like the first chunk delivered within 24 hours so I can spot-check the process.
