I have a set of PDF files made up almost entirely of text, but each page contains tables, bullet points, and consistent headers and footers that must come through in the final .docx. Your task is to convert every PDF into a clean, fully editable Word document. The emphasis is on edit-friendliness: tables should arrive as real Word tables, lists as proper bullet styles, and the repeating header and footer areas should sit in Word’s header/footer sections so I can change them later. Pixel-perfect layout is less important than logical structure and ease of future editing. I will provide the source PDFs and expect separate, accurately named .docx files in return. Please use whichever tools you trust—Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, OCR utilities—so long as the output is searchable, selectable, and simple for me to modify.
