Title: Hiring a Young Advocate for Cyber Lien Removal & Police NOC Assistance – Maharashtra, India We are looking for a young, qualified advocate/lawyer experienced in cybercrime-related bank lien matters and police coordination. Case Details: - Small lien amounts: ₹200, ₹500, ₹2,000, ₹5,000, etc. - The liens are related to business transactions of a Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) management company. - We are ready to provide all available supporting documents, transaction records, invoices, KYC documents, and other relevant business proofs. Scope of Work: 1. Review the lien details and related cybercrime complaint/reference numbers. 2. Identify the concerned police station or cybercrime authority. 3. Prepare and submit a formal representation/application to the concerned police authority on our behalf, where legally authorized. 4. Coordinate with the investigating officer regarding the disputed amount and the procedure for releasing the lien. 5. Assist with the lawful return/refund of the disputed amount, if required and verified. 6. Obtain a written NOC, release instruction, or other appropriate official confirmation from the competent authority. 7. Follow up until the matter is resolved, subject to the authority’s decision.

Requirements
