Modern Commercial Elevation Design -- 2

I have the full floor plan for a new commercial building and now need a striking modern elevation to take the project to the next stage. The façade should be built around a glass-and-steel vocabulary for a clean, corporate look, but I also want the design to breathe: vertical green walls and generous floor-to-ceiling windows must be worked in from the start, not tacked on later. You may model in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a comparable BIM/CAD platform—whatever lets you deliver a precise, build-ready drawing as well as a photoreal render that I can show to stakeholders. Deliverables • One coloured, high-resolution 3D perspective (front and oblique) • Scaled 2D elevation drawing in PDF and editable DWG/DXF • Native model file for future detailing • Up to two iterative revisions to fine-tune proportions, materials, or greening strategy The quicker you can turn this around without sacrificing clarity and realism, the better.
