WordPress Specialist for Law Portal Maintenance

Purpose: Handles day-to-day WordPress site maintenance, plugin conflicts, lead magnet integrations, landing page builds, and GA4 analytics health. Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on WordPress Specialist to manage and optimize our Philippine labor law reference portal. You will oversee lead capture workflows, custom page templates, payment gateway integrations, and maintain clean GA4 analytics tracking for acquisition readiness. Key Responsibilities  WordPress Management: Maintain self-hosted WordPress site, optimize speed/performance, manage plugins (Yoast/Rank Math, MailPoet), and resolve PHP/JavaScript execution conflicts.   Lead Capture & Email Workflows: Set up opt-in forms, autoresponder email sequences, gated PDF distribution, and list segmentation in MailPoet.   Frontend Customization: Build and style responsive landing pages, directory cards, and calculator interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern page builders/custom blocks.   Analytics & Tracking: Maintain clean Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console tracking, event triggers, and demographic conversion tracking.   Booking & Gateway Support: Monitor and debug booking flows using TidyCal and GiyaPay.  Required Skills & Qualifications  Core Tech: WordPress administration, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.   Tooling: MailPoet, Yoast / Rank Math, TidyCal, GiyaPay, Convertful.   Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.   Experience Level: 2–4 years in WordPress web operations and digital setup.
