I’m looking for a seasoned developer based in the United States who can regularly guide our team of Asian software interns. They already manage to ship features on their own, yet they still need an experienced voice to refine how they approach feature work and to deepen their overall craftsmanship. Your main focus will be on helping them build and improve software features—everything from talking through architecture decisions to walking them step-by-step through implementation details. I’ll rely on you to share proven patterns, demonstrate efficient workflows, and review their pull requests so they learn from real examples rather than theory. Because the interns can already stand on their own feet, mentoring sessions will feel more like collaborative pair-programming, code walkthroughs, and targeted deep-dives than basic instruction. Clear explanations, constructive feedback, and context about how features fit into a U.S. product roadmap are key. If you enjoy elevating capable junior developers to the next level and can comfortably communicate in English during overlapping U.S. working hours, let’s talk.
