Power BI HR Analytics Dashboards

We are an HR consulting firm and need help turning complex client requirements into clear, multi-page Power BI dashboards that can be shared through publicly published web links. On some projects you will start from one of our existing PBIX files, on others you will build from scratch. You will hold end-to-end maintenance (AMS) of every dashboard basis client requirements. Per Existing dashboard AMS -15 USD New Dashboard + AMS - 30 USD Project payment to happen post confirmation from our client of closure of AMS scope. Dashboard related changes will be scoped within 3 months of go-live, i.e, Maximum AMS period is 3 months. Many of our dashboard will have 7 days of AMS. Data sources you will connect to • SQL databases • Web links / APIs • Excel or CSV files Visuals the work routinely calls for • Standard Power BI visuals • HTML Content Lite components • Deneb (Vega / Vega-Lite) custom visuals Typical workflow I supply the brief, data access and any current files. You clean and shape the data in Power Query, confirm edge cases with me, build or revise the pages, add responsive slicers, and publish the report to the web. I provide broad idea about visualization skeleton and I would want you to come up with clear solution for the visual. When the link passes a quick review with my project team for accuracy, load speed and visual fidelity, the milestone is done. Deliverables are the final PBIX. If you have a portfolio that shows experience with HTML Content Lite visuals, even better—send it over together with an estimated turnaround time per dashboard.
